The finest guitar I can make: in tribute to the genius that is the Paul Languedoc G2. A true 13” archtop hollowbody jazz guitar with a floating bridge and tailpiece. Almost completely customizable, and no two are exactly alike by design.
Steam bent sides, hand carved archtop and back, with violin style parallel Sitka Spruce bracing, and inversely kerfed African Mahogany linings. Together we pick from the finest tonewoods available to man, and create the instrument of your dreams.
There is almost no plastic on an M2, allowing for maximum acoustical resonance. Any tonewood is on the table, including reclaimed Koa from the big Island of Hawaii.
M2 Standard specs:
Pearl inlay
wooden bindings
BWB maple purflings
CNC created 10”-14” compound fretboard radius
Carbon Fiber rods
25.5” scale
jumbo nickel frets
TUSQ Graphite nut
Schaller M6 mini tuners
Seymour Duncan 59’s in nickel
custom braided wire harness
A single volume and a single tone
3-way selector and 1 or 2 coil tap mini switches.
I am a Seymour Duncan dealer because I prefer them personally. However, almost any electronics scheme you can imagine is possible and any electronics you might want are available at market price. Other possible and additional mini switch configurations can include:
coil tap/drop,
series/parrallel
kill switch
phase switch
Custom mother of pearl and/or abalone inlay on the fretboard and Inski logo on the headstock. I love all of my guitar children equally, but the M2s are the guitars that got me into building: and therefore I most enjoy creating.
M2 Standard cost: $4995
8-12 month build time
